Your Personalised Gym Programme

As part of your tailored training programme, you will be given workouts that are specifically designed to meet your abilities, needs, and goals, along with a meal plan that will complement your exercise regime with the right nutritional balance.

We will arrange a time for you to speak with one of our personal trainers, who will carry out a complimentary Initial Consultation that can be accomplished online, over the phone or in person, to assess your basic training goals, needs and any other things we should know.

The next step is to come in for your more thorough comprehensive consultation where we will ask you to carry out some basic movements and exercises to assess your fitness levels and whether you have any physical restrictions or injuries, as well as discuss your lifestyle, diet, set your goals and more. If you are there in person for your initial consultation, you may be able to do your Comprehensive Consultation immediately after.
